A bilingual Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach; and a Consultant of Natural Medicine through the American Council of Holistic Medicine (ACHM). Also, a member of the American Holistic Health Association (AHHA). I follow a root cause approach that is unique to your needs and preferences. My programs are focused on achieving long-term transformation by finding a balance that works best for you. I will coach you to optimize your overall health and well-being through lifestyle changes and your relationship with food; Leading to sustainable wellness through mindfulness, stress reduction, weight loss, ease inflammation, irritable bowel syndrome, anxiety and restore gut health and more!

Detox Your Life program is a 5-week wonderful program that concentrates in a niche area of health and wellness. You will learn how to reduce toxins commonly found in food, self-care products and home environment. I will guide you to implement easy steps with natural solutions in your daily life! Your detox process is a unique journey. There are many factors to consider along your detox journey. That’s why I encourage you to enjoy the process and think holistically about your health, mind, body and spirit.
Renew Your Digestion Program
This 30-day program is designed to help you renew and replenish your gut microbiome with food, supplements, and lifestyle! If you want to restore your digestion, boost your energy, and lose weight this program is for you! The gastrointestinal tract is the largest and most vulnerable surface of your body.
