What is a Health Coach?
A health coach is a professional guide and mentor, who empowers individuals to take responsibility for their health and supports them in making sustainable lifestyle choices. Coaches help people discover the “why’s” behind their desired health changes. They assist in developing a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for people’s bodies. They further provide support and accountability. Common areas where a health coach can assist include weight management, food cravings, sleep, energy, digestion, stress, and time management.
Hi, I am Kim Marie Dugan, INHC, CIHC, a bilingual Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, International Health Coach, and Consultant of Natural Medicine. Also, a member of the American Holistic Health Association (AHHA). I follow a root cause approach that is unique to your needs and preferences. My programs are focused on achieving long-term transformation by finding a balance that works best for you.
