Ingredients:
– 3 cucumbers
– 1 cup of pineapple ( you can substitute with green apples )
– 3 cups of baby spinach
– 6 peeled limes
– 10 celery sticks
– 2 garlic cloves
– 1 ounce of ginger (about 3 inches)
You can modify quantities to your preference.
Rinse all ingredients and pass through juicer.
