We explore primary food — the non-food nourishment that feeds your soul — and identify where the real hunger in your life is coming from.
Between sessions: Daily hunger check-in practice — physical and emotional.

Now that you understand your patterns, we begin shifting them — without willpower, restriction, or shame.
Between sessions: One small daily habit practice chosen together in session.

Feeding Your Soul — Joy & Self-Care
We explore what truly nourishes you and build your personalized soul nourishment plan beyond food.
Between sessions: Your personalized soul nourishment menu — created together.

We reframe your relationship with food — from enemy, from comfort, from control — into something neutral, nourishing, and free.

Your New Story — Integration
We celebrate your transformation, review every shift, and build your personalized plan for moving forward with confidence.
After this session: Kim sends a written summary of your journey and ongoing plan.
